As an owner-managed company, kfh Immobilien Management GmbH, together with its subsidiary Gemak GmbH, manages and looks after around 18,000 residential and commercial units on approx. 1.3 million m² from its offices in Bielefeld, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Bremen, Munster, Braunschweig, Leipzig and Dresden.
We achieve our goal ofoffering commercial and technical real estate management of residential and commercial properties at fair conditions and atthe highest level through experience, flexibility, qualified employees in the housing industry and the most efficient ERP system in the industry.

As an experienced partner, we are familiar with the requirements of institutional investors. When it comes to reporting and digitalization in particular, we already offer our clients the transparency they need to optimally manage their portfolios. Every day, our trained specialists use their extensive background knowledge to ensure that our clients are more than satisfied.

History

Karl-Friedrich Hensiek, business economist, founder and managing director of kfh, invested primarily in real estate after selling his industrial company. When he felt that his own high standards as a property owner were no longer being met by management services, he decided to found his own management company in 2001. This was the starting signal for kfh Immobilien Management GmbH.

The idea of offering real estate management for third parties in addition to the company's own properties quickly emerged. Over the last few years, an efficient service company has developed, which is held in high esteem by customers due to its professional and trusting cooperation - both in the area of private property management and in the area of property management for institutional owners. 

The current management team

In 2010, son Alexander Hensiek joined the company and took over the shares from Karl-Friedrich Hensiek. In 2019, Guido Krüger acquired shares in kfh and became part of the management team. 

In cooperation with the entire management team of kfh (s.l.) and a team of over 100 employees, consisting of specialists in the real estate industry and specialists in other fields, kfh serves numerous satisfied customers.
