Our close contact with the advisory board also includes annual property inspections, during which we discuss and plan strategies in detail. As we regularly inspect the properties anyway, we can already make sensible suggestions at this point. In addition to the ongoing collection of resolutions and the free disclosure of household-related services in accordance with Section 35a of the German Income Tax Act (EStG) in the accounts, our range of services also includes medium-term planning, which we prepare in addition to the business plan.
