WEG (Condominium Act) Management
Both in the business and technical areas, we provide you with personal contacts who will get to know your property inside out and deal with any issues and concerns.
As part of our work, we identify whether and where there is further potential to exploit. In such cases we will provide suggestions for cost optimisation. Of course, we prepare property owner meetings meticulously: with incisive presentations we make sure everything runs smoothly and professionally.
The close relationship with the administration council also includes annual property inspections in which we intensively discuss and plan our strategy. Since we regularly inspect the properties in any case, we are already able at this point to make useful suggestions. Our portfolio of services includes the ongoing archiving of resolutions and the free certification of household-related services in accordance with Section 35a Income Tax Act (EStG), as well as the medium-term plans we prepare in addition to the business plan – we plan for your sustainable success.

Individual ownership management
As the property management company commissioned by you, we are expert contact partners for your tenants – from the letting and conclusion of contracts to the return handover of the apartment when they move out.
At every step, we ensure compliance with the legal frameworks and explore the possibilities of rental increases for you. For each apartment handover, we prepare detailed records in order to provide security for all contractual parties. The annual accounting of operational and heating costs, and the completion of any maintenance and repair works, are also included in our remit.

Do you need a valuation for your property or plot? kfh and your cooperation partner will be happy to help you value your property anywhere in Germany.
We are also there for you if you require expert assessments, for example in case of damage to the structure or ground. Where necessary, we will bring in external surveyors or consultants from other fields in order to provide you with the best-possible basis for decision-making.
